Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Skills Groups are open to all BC residents with a valid Canadian Health Care card. The course is designed for adults (17.5 years and up) who want to learn practical skills to improve their mental health. This is an 8-week educational program that helps people manage depression, anxiety and stress related disorders. Feedback from participants is highly positive.
